Professionally, I deal with IT administration in a broad sense — from end users, through applications, to systems and infrastructure. I enjoy solving problems and finding better ways to do things. Automation, optimization, "maybe there's a better way?" — that's my natural way of thinking. My go-to questions for every task are: why? what for? what's the outcome? what can be improved?
I've had the chance to work in a large-scale environment — managing infrastructure, MDM systems, user and team support, handling both application and infrastructure issues. It taught me to look at IT holistically, not just through the lens of a single ticket or system. Outside of my day-to-day work I'm developing my skills in pentesting and keeping up with tech trends — because standing still in IT simply isn't an option.
Outside the screen — I play violin, fly drones, play board games, do sports, travel. I like trying new things and understanding how the world works — whether it's a new technology, a book, or a completely new hobby.
